Description

The Iron Age ornaments are personal and decorative items.
On the left is a bone pendant in the form of a small comb with a rounded top and a through hole for wearing it on a strap or rope. These items were often used as amulets and talismans, symbolizing protection and prosperity. The teeth could have a decorative function or have a sacred meaning.
On the right is a bronze tube-shaped tip with spreading edges. It served as an element of clothing or belt set decoration, emphasized the status of the owner and was used as a decorative overlay.
Iron Age jewelry combined practicality and symbolism: they were used not only for beauty, but also as amulets, and were also an indicator of social status in society.
