Shape: Circle.
Obverse: Features an image of celebratory fireworks, the sculpture “The Motherland Calls” from the monument-ensemble to the heroes of the Battle of Stalingrad; and the dates “1945-1975”.
Reverse: Bears the inscriptions “TO A PARTICIPANT OF THE WAR” and “Thirty Years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945”.
The images and inscriptions are in relief. The medal is connected by an eyelet and a ring to a pentagonal mount, which is covered with a red silk moiré ribbon.Awarded to Zh. Yesenbekov, a participant of the Great Patriotic War. Date: 1975.
