Kimeshek

Description

A type of headdress typical of Kazakh women.
Made of white cotton fabric with a triangular cut. The item consists of two layers of fabric. Patterns are embroidered on the forehead, at the neckline, and on the chest using red, pink, and purple threads.
Date: 1950s
Technique: cutting, sewing, and embroidery.
Size: back and front parts are 72 cm long, and the front part is 135 cm long.
