Extract from Order No. 151

Description

The artifact is a handwritten extract from Order No. 151 issued by the Zhilokosinsky District Department of Public Education on 25 August 1942. The document records the appointment of Suleimen Karabalin as Vice Principal (Head of Studies) of the M. Y. Lermontov Secondary School in Koshchagyl, effective from 24 July 1942. The copy bears the certification signature of school inspector N. Bekeshev and the official seal of the district education authority. An important physical feature of the document is that it was written on the reverse side of a printed publication issued in Alma-Ata in 1942, illustrating wartime paper-saving practices. The artifact is a valuable archival source on educational administration in the Kazakh SSR during the Second World War.
