Kokbay Zhanatayuly Museum

The Kokbai Zhanataev House Museum is a cultural and educational institution dedicated to the life and work of the prominent poet and enlightener of the Abai era, and one of his closest disciples, Kokbai Zhanataev (1861-1925). The museum was established to preserve, popularize, and pass on to future generations the spiritual heritage of a figure who holds a special place in the literary and cultural history of Kazakhstan.

3. The Hall of Madrasa and Educational Activity - exhibits documents and items reflecting Kokbai’s work as an enlightener who built a mosque and madrasa, blending religion and science.

4. The Ethnographic Exhibition - includes household objects, traditional clothing, and examples of craftsmanship that reflect the life of a Kazakh aul in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
