A landscape depicting a wide mountain valley, at the center of which, on a reddish-brown rocky ledge, gazelles graze. One is shown in profile and the other frontally, lending a natural variety to the composition’s rhythmic structure. Beyond them stretches the valley, gradually merging into a series of low mountain ridges and distant snow-capped peaks. The color palette is based on the combination of warm ochre, reddish-brown, and greenish tones in the foreground with the cool blues, lilacs, and pale pink hues of the distant mountains. The small figures of the animals set against the vast mountain landscape amplify the sense of grandeur and primordial nature. At the lower left - signature.
