Description

A letter from N. Aldabergenov, chairman of the Stalin Collective Farm and deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the Kazakh SSR, addressed to S. F. Nikolaev, Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Kazakh SSR.
The letter raises issues concerning road paving in Shubar village and the construction of a water supply system. It requests that the 1958 plan include paving 5 km of road from the Tentek-Taldykorgan highway to Shubar and 5 km of the village’s central streets, as well as permission to install a water pipeline at the collective farm’s expense.
The letter bears N. Aldabergenov’s signature in blue-violet ink.
