The document is a rectangular card with rounded corners, made of thick deep-red cardboard. In the upper left corner is a relief-style profile portrait of Vladimir I. Lenin and Joseph V. Stalin. At the top center appears the slogan: “Workers of all countries, unite!”
“Comrade N. Aldabergenov was elected as a delegate to the 7th Congress of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan from the Taldy-Kurgan Party Organization with the right to vote.”
The lower right corner bears the signature of the Chairman of the Mandate Commission.
Museum registration mark: the lower right corner contains the accession code “МКДКП 1006” written in red ink.
