Mandate No. 279 of a Delegate to the 16th Almaty Regional Party Conference.
Owner: Comrade N. Aldabergenov.
The document is a rectangular card with rounded corners, made of thick red cardboard. In the center of the background, the Roman numeral “XVI” is printed in a large light-colored outline. In the upper left corner is a graphic portrait image of Vladimir I. Lenin.
At the top center appears the slogan: “Workers of all countries, unite!”

“Aldabergenov N.” - from the Taldykorgan District Party Organization. Elected as a delegate to the 16th Almaty Regional Party Conference with the right to vote.
In the lower right section, there is a typographic inscription: “Mandate Commission.”
Seal: a circular stamp impression made with purple ink is visible in the lower right section.
