Nysanbayev, Deputy Chairman of the Stalin Collective Farm (Kolkhoz), submits a petition to N. Aldabergenov, Deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the Kazakh SSR and Hero of Socialist Labour, requesting his assistance in including in the 1958 state plan the construction, at the expense of the state budget, of a boarding school, residential housing, a kindergarten, a grocery store, and a House of Culture for the collective farm.
