Official Response to the Written Complaint of USSR Supreme Soviet Deputy N. Aldabergenov.
Official reply issued by the Militia Administration of the Taldy-Kurgan Regional Ministry of Internal Affairs on 23 May 1956 in response to a written complaint submitted by USSR Supreme Soviet Deputy N. Aldabergenov concerning the conduct of a militia officer. The investigation established that the driver of the ZIM automobile carrying the deputy had committed a serious violation of one-way traffic regulations by entering a prohibited street. Militia Senior Sergeant Stadnik acted lawfully in warning the driver. However, because he failed to observe appropriate tact in dealing with the deputy, Senior Sergeant Stadnik received a formal severe warning.
