Description
An official appeal from Nurmolda Aldabergenov to the Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Kazakh SSR. Aldabergenov requests assistance in obtaining a 600 sq. m. plot of land in Frunze for building a house. Although the city executive committee approved the allocation of the plot on February 18, 1957, the city council had not formally provided it. He asks for assistance in officially transferring the allocated plot to him.
