A four-page petition from N. Aldabergenov, Chairman of the Stalin Collective Farm and a Deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the Kazakh SSR, to I. D. Yakovlev, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan. The document describes the collective farm’s achievements in livestock and crop production, as well as the performance of leading workers. Aldabergenov requests that the outstanding workers be nominated for state awards.
