Description
An archival government telegram on the letterhead of the Ministry of Communications of the USSR, addressed to N. Aldabergenov, a member of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Kazakh SSR. The telegram states that a meeting of the Presidium would be held on October 27 at 11:00 and requests his attendance. The document was signed by Zh. A. Tashenev, Deputy Chairman of the Presidium.
