Description
A letter on the official letterhead of the Ministry of Communications of the USSR, addressed to N. Aldabergenov, chairman of the Stalin Collective Farm in Karabulak, Taldykorgan District. The letter asks him to attend a meeting at the Council of Ministers on December 10, 1956, at 12:00, concerning rural construction. It was signed by Slazhenev, Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers. The document bears a note recording Aldabergenov’s arrival at 11:20 and the stamp of the Taldykorgan Communications Office.
