A handwritten official telegram on the letterhead of the Ministry of Communications of the USSR.
The document was sent from Alma-Ata by the Ministry of Culture of the Kazakh SSR to Nurmolda Aldabergenov, Chairman of the Karl Marx Collective Farm in Mukry Village.
The telegram conveys heartfelt congratulations to the collective farm on being awarded the honorary title “People’s Amateur Theatre” and extends wishes of good health, happiness, and continued creative success to its amateur performers.
The upper part of the document bears the postal service stamp and registration details dated 28 June 1967 (“28 067”), while the lower part contains the signature of the Minister of Culture.
