Description
A light-colored clay jug, wheel-thrown, with a pear-shaped body, bulging at the top, and a cylindrical neck, widening at the top. The rim is ridged and not pronounced. A massive vertical, bent handle, oval in cross-section, is attached at one end to the middle of the neck and the other to the body at its widest point. Traces of green glaze appear on the inside of the neck and along the rim. A radial line is incised in the bulging part of the body. The bottom is flat.
