Saptï ayak

Description

Saptï ayak is one of the traditional vessels of the Kazakh people. It is made of wood and shaped like a small bowl with a handle. The item was mainly used for drinking beverages such as kumys (fermented mare’s milk) and shubat (fermented camel’s milk). It consists of two deep parts and a short handle for holding.
