Medal “For the Development of Virgin Lands,” Ganja P.I. The medal is shaped as a perfect circle, bordered with a rim on both the obverse and reverse sides. On the obverse, against the background of an elevator and wheat fields, a relief image of a combine harvester during harvest is depicted. At the bottom of the medal, a three-line relief inscription reads: “FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF VIRGIN LANDS.” On the reverse side, a relief of a sickle and hammer is shown against sun rays framing a wheat ear and corn cobs, with a five-pointed star at the top. The medal is attached to a pentagonal metal mount covered with silk moiré ribbon. The ribbon is dark green with yellow edges. The back of the mount has a pin-type clasp.
