Belonged to Kulyash Aitmoldayevna Orazbekova, Professor of Pedagogical and Psychological Sciences, Full Member of the New York Academy, and Honorary Doctor of Philosophy. The garment was worn during her pilgrimage to the city of Mecca, Saudi Arabia.

It is white and made of lightweight, fine cotton fabric. It has a straight cut, falls below the knee, and features three-quarter-length sleeves. The stand-up collar is fastened with a button. A round embroidered decorative element is located on the chest, with a pocket on the right side. Special slits are provided on both sides of the lower part.
