Three-legged terracotta vessel

Description

The jug with a narrow neck and a loop-shaped handle is made of sand-colored terracotta. The body of the jug is decorated with bands and triangular ornaments. The rim is shaped like a bird’s beak with a very narrow opening. The legs of the jug imitate animal paws. It was found during construction works in the Shu district.
