Description
A pitcher with a spherical body, made using the potter’s wheel, with an expanded upper part, a flat base, and an elongated spout (9 cm). One end of the handle is attached to the rim of the spout, while the other is attached to the upper part of the vessel body, with a finger-pressed indentation. The handle is angular in shape and oval in cross-section. The surface of the vessel has been carefully smoothed and burnished. The surface of the body around the handle is coated with red slip. Two parallel lines are incised on the body at the level of the spout attachment. Traces of soot and smoke are present on the back wall of the vessel.
