Shark Tooth. A fossilized tooth of an ancient cartilaginous fish, dating back to the Carboniferous-Permian period (approximately 340-285 million years ago). The specimen has well preserved its natural shape and structural features of the tooth. It is a representative of the marine fauna of the Paleozoic era.
