Description
The imprint of the Greenland glyptostrobus (Glyptostrobus groenlandicus). A paleobotanical fossil specimen of a coniferous plant. The imprint of a shoot with needles is well preserved on the rock surface. Glyptostrobus is a characteristic representative of the Paleogene flora and indicates the warm and humid climate of that time.
