A genre-allegorical harvest scene sustained in a major-key, golden, sun-filled tonality. At the center of the composition is the figure of a young woman in blue clothing, surrounded by cascades of golden wheat grains that fill almost the entire space of the canvas in a single radiant stream. In the far distance are the silhouettes of harvesting machines. The decorative, generalized manner and festive coloration align the work with the tradition of the Soviet thematic painting on the theme of abundance and labor. To the right at the bottom is an inscription.
