Description

The exhibit is a set of decorative and souvenir objects made of colored and colorless glass. The composition incorporates yellow and blue glass elements. The central item is a souvenir with an integrated clock mounted on a glass stand. Its body and base are made of transparent and blue glass, while the clock face is circular and framed with a decorative border. Other elements of the set include decorative stands, small shaped vases, or candleholders featuring complex geometric forms and faceted surfaces. The set was manufactured industrially and donated to the district museum in 2018 by Tengizchevroil LLP. The exhibit represents contemporary corporate souvenir culture of the late 2010s and documents cultural interaction between the museum and a major industrial enterprise in the region.
