Nazir Torekulov Museum

The museum named after Nazir Torekulov is a cultural institution dedicated to the study and promotion of the life and legacy of Nazir Torekulov - Kazakhstan’s first diplomat, public figure, and political leader. The museum was established in November 2006 as a dedicated exhibition room within the Sattar Yerubayev Museum in the city of Turkistan.

The primary mission of the museum is to research Torekulov’s diplomatic and public service activities, preserve his historical legacy, and promote patriotic values among the younger generation. The museum conducts educational and outreach work and organizes various cultural events.

The exhibition is divided into three main sections:

2. Diplomatic Career - This section provides insights into his diplomatic service, highlighting his contributions and role on the international stage.

3. Personal Belongings and Documents - On display here are personal items belonging to Torekulov, including his writing desk, suitcase, phonograph, and other artifacts.
