The subject of the Enterprise's activities is the implementation of cultural policy of art, full accounting of museum funds in accordance with the current regulations and instructions, placement of funds in specially equipped storage facilities, preventive measures to ensure the safety of works, fulfillment of tasks under the State order of catalogues, etc. The purpose of the Enterprise's activities is to organize and hold art exhibitions, master classes, and lectures in and outside the gallery on a paid basis, as well as stationary and traveling art exhibitions that serve as a basis for scientific, educational, and cultural activities, exchange exhibitions from art museums in the country and abroad, and to collect, study, and preserve works of fine and decorative arts, and to promote knowledge about the fine and decorative arts of Kazakhstan and the world among the public for ideological and aesthetic purposes.

The history of the museum's creation. The Panfilovsky District Branch of the Abylkhan Kasteev Art Gallery was established in accordance with the resolution of the Akimat of Almaty Region No. 127 dated July 30, 2004, in connection with the 100th anniversary of the birth of Abylkhan Kasteev, People's Artist of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and was organized in the native land of the Panfilovsky District, the city of Zharkent, in a restored architectural and historical building made of wooden beams dating back to 1884, located at 9 Yuldasheva Street in Zharkent. By the Decree of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev dated June 8, 2022, No. 887, the Zhetysu region was established. Based on the resolution of the Akim of the Zhetysu region dated August 22, 2022, No. 21, the Gallery of Fine Arts of the Department of Culture, Archives, and Documentation of the Zhetysu region and the Abylkhan Kasteev Art Gallery branch of the Panfilovsky district were reorganized.

The compositional structure of the work is divided horizontally into two parts, with the lower part depicting a threshing floor in light brown, and the middle part of the work depicting a grain drying stall made of wood with a roof that is divided into two parts, In the distance, several layers of concrete structures are placed. On the left, yellowed corn kernels are shown lying under a long slate roof. On the right, a slate roof typical of a threshing floor is also built.

It is clear that the balance has been achieved by placing the electricity pole with a support on the left side of the painting. The author uses light brown, restrained colors, which convey the passage of time from the bright colors in the shadows of the buildings.х

The author's watercolor painting is a unique work, a priceless work of unique originality in the gallery's collection.

The compositional structure of the work is located across in two parts, in the upper part the latitude of the sky is framed by blue white clouds, in the lower - the modern economic life of the collective farm cow farm. The main part of the picture is made up of two enclosures of the animal, starting on the right side and placing along, limestone, covered with slate, fenced with a wall. And in the last perspective, among the green spaces you can see a two-story white residential building. The combination of colors and reality in this work demonstrate a high level of skill.
