Department of Culture of Turkestan region State Communal state-owned enterprise "Museum of Tolebiysky district"

The direction and profile of the museum: the Tolebi district Museum of Local Lore. Exhibits related to the history, culture and ethnography of the area have been preserved.

In 2001, the second floor of the annex to the Space Cinema in the city of Lenger was opened as a museum. K. Aldabergenov, the then akim of the district, made a great contribution to the opening of the museum. However, this additional wrought-iron floor (2nd floor) was rented by the museum. In 2023, the district recalled the building, as the Museum is an institution subordinate to the Department of Culture of the Turkestan region. Currently, it rents a building with a total area of 162 square meters, with an exposition of 88 square meters. Currently, there are 3,569 exhibits in the museum's collections. The museum serves more than 10,000 visitors a year.

Valuable exhibits in the museum of Tolebi district: balbaltas (VI-VII centuries), fur outerwear with trousers (early XX century), tergesh (early XX century), spherakonus (II-V centuries), torsyk (V centuries)
