Vessel

Kyzylorda Regional Museum of Local Lore

Discovered at the Uigarakh archaeological complex, dating to the 7th-6th centuries. The vessel found at the Uigarakh site dates to the Early Iron Age. It reflects the domestic and economic traditions of the Saka culture. The vessel was handmade from clay and fired. It has a compact shape with a short neck and a rounded body. Such vessels were mainly used for storing water, dairy products, or grain.
From an archaeological perspective, this artifact is an important source for studying pottery-making technology, everyday life, and the economic structure of that period.
