Description

Certificate of Honor to Yergaliyev Zhabal Yergaliyevich, the chief editor of the Kokshetau City Newspaper “Kokshetau,” for exemplary fulfillment of official duties and impeccable public service. The certificate from December 2000 is certified by the signature of the Akim of Kokshetau, A. Khasenov. The cover of the certificate features a white background, at the top of which is the image of the emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan, below which are inscriptions in Kazakh and Russian: “Republic of Kazakhstan,” “Akmola Region,” “Kokshetau City.” On the left side of the spread, the edges of the certificate are framed with a border of Kazakh ornamentation, and on the field, from top to bottom, there is an emblem of the sun with rays. The certificate dated October 12, 2000, is certified by the signature of the Akim of Kokshetau, A. Khasenov, and the round seal of the Akim of Akmola Region, Kokshetau City.
