Kimeshek (with a scarf)

Description

A type of headdress used by Kazakh women. It is made of white cotton fabric. The face is decorated with thin stripes of brown thread.
Date: 19th century.
Technique: cutting, sewing.
Size: kimeshek – 90 x 65 cm, scarf – 100 x 100 cm.
