It belongs to the writer Ali Iskabay. The certificate is a document that proves that in 1997 he held the position of deputy editor of the newspaper “Oktyabrsky Flag.” The document’s cover is two-page, red, and shaped like a foldable book. In the right corner of the inner page, there is a 3×4 photo of A.
