On the front side of the medal, there are images of a soldier, a worker, a collective farm girl, and the Spasskaya Tower of the Moscow Kremlin, against the background of a five-pointed star, laurel branches, and the firework celebration, in honor of the Soviet people’s Victory in World War II; on the top part of the dates ‘1945’ and ‘1985’ are displayed.
