Set “Baiterek” (Dish for bauyrsaks)

Description

This item is a wooden, hemispherical dish with a lid. The surface of the piece is decorated with ornaments in the shape of the infinity symbol, and the lid features a carved image of the shanyrak – a sacred element for the Kazakh people. The object is crafted in a traditional national style and reflects the worldview and everyday life of Kazakh culture. Fine wood carving and the lacquered surface highlight the artisan’s craftsmanship and the aesthetic value of the object. The dish combines both decorative and utilitarian functions.
