Description

In the foreground, there is a round table covered with a light green tablecloth adorned with traditional Kazakh ornamentation. On the table stands a full bowl of kumis, filled to the brim. To its right is another, smaller bowl of kumis. In the background, the interior of a yurt is visible: a torsyk (a vessel for kumis) and traditional decorative elements such as carpets, tekemet, wall hangings, and baskur, all of which form a cohesive ethnographic composition.
The work reflects the atmosphere of Kazakh daily life and hospitality.
