Description

The badge is made of yellow metal. It consists of a base and a medallion. The base is partially painted with red enamel. The top is protruding, as the number 40 partially exceeds the base. Below the number 40 are the years 1950-1990. The medal is connected to the base by a ring. In the center of the medal, like a sunbeam, the letters D and S are horizontally arranged.
