Congratulatory Letter to Zhabal Yergaliyev on Press Day
Dated June 28, 2002, the letter is certified by the signature of S. Kulagin, Akim of Akmola Region.
The letter is printed typographically on a sheet of thick paper and laminated.
On the left side of the letter is the Monument of Independence of Kazakhstan. Above it is an emblem consisting of a laurel wreath, an open book, and a pen, with a ribbon below bearing the inscription “Kokshetau city”.
To the right of the monument, at the top, is the inscription - “Happy Press Day!”, followed by a congratulatory text printed by computer.
