Congratulatory Letter to Zhabal Yergaliyev on Press Day
The letter, dated June 2000, is certified by the signature of S. Kulagin, Akim of Akmola Region.
The letter is printed typographically on a sheet of thick paper and laminated.
On the left side of the letter is a vertical strip of Kazakh ornamentation. At the top of the strip is an emblem consisting of a laurel wreath, a scroll with text, an inkwell with a pen, and ribbons at the top and bottom bearing the inscriptions: “Day of Cultural Workers, Kokshetau city.”
To the right of the ornament, at the top, is the inscription - “Баспасөз күнімен!” (“Happy Press Day!”), followed by the printed text set by computer.
