Description

Certificate of Ergaliyev Zhabal Ergaliyevich for fruitful work in the communist education of the working people is awarded to you by the executive committee of the Kokchetav Regional Council of People’s Deputies. The certificate from October 1980 is validated by the signatures of the chairman of the executive committee of the regional council of people’s deputies V.I. Moiseenko and the secretary K.M. Mukhamedzhanov, and bears the round seal of the executive committee of the Kokchetav Regional Council of People’s Deputies.
The certificate is executed on a double sheet of thick paper, using a printing method. On the cover of the certificate, at the top, is an image of the coat of arms of the Kazakh SSR, beneath it, an inscription in Kazakh and Russian - “Executive Committee of the Kokchetav Regional Council of People’s Deputies.” Along the two side edges, there is an image of the Kazakh ornament “қошқар мүйіз.”
