Тraditional Kazakh fly-whisk fan

Description

Тraditional Kazakh fly-whisk fan is an object intended for killing or driving away flies and other insects. Its handle is made of bone. Inside the hollow of the bone, tightly packed horsehair taken from a horse’s mane is inserted and secured.
The handle of the zhelpuiish has a hole through which a leather loop is threaded. This loop allows the item to be conveniently hung or carried on the wrist.
The length of the handle is 15 cm, and the length of the horsehair part is 40 cm.
