The ceramic vessel

The ceramic vessel is a domestic object discovered at the medieval city of Jankent. It is small in size and has an egg-shaped form. Loop handles are located on both sides. The state of preservation is incomplete: part of the base is broken, one side has a vertical crack, and the rim is damaged.
The vessel was used in household activities. The ceramic is well fired, indicating durability and suitability for prolonged use.
Material: ceramic. Dimensions: side height - 17 cm, overall height - 15 cm, base diameter - 7.5 cm, wall thickness - 6 mm.
This vessel is an important source for the study of medieval domestic ceramics, vessel forms, and the technological level of pottery production in Jankent.
