Banknote 3 Rubles. 1961. Serial No. ЕН 5465821
Watermark: dark and light five-pointed stars.
Obverse: includes the full title “State Treasury Note of the USSR,” denomination in words and numerals, the State Emblem of the USSR with 15 ribbon folds, serial number, year, and series. The central vignette depicts the Kremlin by the Moskva River. To the right is a vertical white field with watermarks and the printed numeral “3”.
Reverse: denomination written in two lines as “Три рубля” (Three Rubles). The inscription is repeated in 14 languages of the Soviet republics. The text “Counterfeiting of state treasury notes is punishable by law” is also present. On the left, a white field contains the denomination.
