Black-and-White Group Photograph

Description

This exhibit is a black-and-white group photograph depicting participants of the permanent interregional retraining courses for Party and Soviet officials from the Aktobe and Guryev regions, held in October 1972 in Aktobe. Among the participants is B. Tasmukhanov. The montage includes portraits of the attendees, an image of Vladimir Lenin, Soviet state symbols, and panoramic views of the city of Aktobe. The photograph serves as an important documentary source illustrating the Soviet system of administrative and political personnel training, regional cooperation, and the socio-political environment of Kazakhstan during the Soviet era.
