Fragment depicting a human head

Description

An anthropomorphic terracotta piece. The head depicts a sharply defined facial feature. The nose is large, fused to the bridge. The mouth is compressed, framed by asymmetrical, sweet cheeks. The chin is prominent and protruding. The eyes are clearly defined. The forehead is high, with two lines. The headdress is high, decorated with four parallel lines and notches perpendicular to them. The neck is short and massive, with unevenness on the inside, suggesting a continuation of the piece. The reverse side is smooth.
