Description
Obverse: The left side features the State Emblem of the USSR, adopted in 1956 (with 15 ribbon bands). The center depicts a panoramic view of the Moscow Kremlin, including the Vodovzvodnaya Tower, the Grand Kremlin Palace, and the Ivan the Great Bell Tower. The upper part bears the inscription: “State Treasury Note of the USSR.” Reverse: The denomination “Three Rubles” is presented in numerals and words in the 15 official languages of the Union Republics of the USSR.
