Bronze oil lamp. It demonstrates a high level of metalworking craftsmanship from the Medieval period. The top part, with five wicks, is shaped like a flat dish, with a circular depression in the center for placing a candle. The upper part of the bronze lamp is decorated with carved patterns, either plant-based or geometric in style. Such items were commonly used in religious ceremonies, temples, or in the households of wealthy individuals. It was accidentally found in the area of the Green Bazaar in the city of Taraz.
