A landscape depicting an architectural motif against a backdrop of mountains. On the left is a fragment of a white building with a decorative railing along the façade and a balcony. At the center of the composition is a small structure with a red roof, partially concealed by trees. In the background is a large blue-violet mountain massif enveloped in a light haze. The middle ground is filled with trees showing dark, jagged silhouettes of trunks and branches; in the lower part of the composition are yellow flowers. The coloring is built on the contrast between warm ochre-white and cool blue-sky tones. The manner of execution is characterized by a generalized treatment of form and a soft aerial perspective.
