Mandate No. 284 – a delegate certificate for the VII Taldykorgan Regional Party Conference of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan, issued to Nurmolda Aldabergenov. Made of thick red cardboard. The text and embossed profiles of V. I. Lenin and I. V. Stalin are executed in gold-colored embossing. The lower section bears the round seal of the Taldykorgan Regional Party Committee and a museum inventory code. The mandate confirms N. Aldabergenov’s election as a delegate with voting rights.
