Mandate No. 122 - a delegate certificate for the XXV District Party Conference of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan in Taldykorgan, issued to Nurmolda Aldabergenov. A rectangular document made of thick red cardboard. A relief profile of V. I. Lenin is depicted on the left, with the text in gold-colored embossing. The mandate confirms N.
